Our preferred shipping method is the good ol’ United States Postal Service (USPS). For domestic orders we offer you the choice Priority (2-3 days) or standard First Class (2-7 days). If you would like additional services (i.e. insurance or signature confirmation) or would like a different shipping carrier please contact us prior to purchase. Shipping time is in business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) and that time starts after processing. Please also note that inclusive in our flat rate shipping is a small handling fee which covers the price of bubble mailers, jewelry boxes, etc. Orders will be processed 3-5 business days after payment, Monday to Friday 11am to 6pm (unless otherwise noted in the description of the piece). Orders placed after 6pm will start processing the following day. We will not process or ship any orders on national holidays. if you need an item within a certain window of time (for example – a rush delivery in time for a birthday), please contact us first and we will work with you and do our very best to make your deadline.
At Bon Fire Craft every one of our items is carefully made by hand. Some of these items are made as you order. During the holiday season, Bon Fire reserves the right to put your order on brief backorder – we will let you know immediately if we are out of stock, informing you of when we expect to ship your finished items, and if you prefer, we will grant you a full refund.
We now ship at flat rate prices and ship worldwide.
We use (USPS) international first class as our standard method of shipping outside the US. Tracking is not available for these orders. For rush deliveries and priority shipping rates please email us first through our contact form.
Please note that if you are outside the United States, shipping can take an additional 1-5 weeks to arrive at your door. Please be patient – usually customs is responsible for the delay.
Also note: import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what additional costs there may be before purchasing international goods.
All prices are in USD (United States Dollars). Payment can be made either with your PayPal account or with any major credit card through PayPal (you do not need an account with PayPal to process a payment). PayPal is a safe and secure way of processing transactions online and free for customers. Order processing begins only after payment has been cleared.
All Bon Fire jewelry is handmade and given different finishes for stylistic effect. Some pieces are purposely antiqued or “patinaed” and should be cleaned with a jewelry cleaning cloth as a liquid or cream cleaner will remove this finish. Also, any piece containing pearls should never be dipped in a cleaner as it will harm the natural pearl surface. We recommend that you do not wear these pieces in the shower or a chlorinated pool since it can alter the oxidization levels. We also recommend that you do not sleep in these pieces since any loose jewelry can become entangled, snagged, and possibly broken.

Returns are evaluated on a case by case basis. If for some reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us with the reason and you may request a return approval code. You must contact us within 7 DAYS from date you receive your package- return requests after this period will be denied. We will refund/issue a store credit for your purchase (minus shipping) upon receipt of the item(s) in original condition. Custom orders are non refundable/returnable. You must include you return approval code with your returned item(s). All proofs of shipment (printed receipts from the post office) are filed and kept for six months or until you contact us confirming that your jewelry has arrived. If you suspect your pieces were lost in the mail; please wait an adequate amount of time before contacting us. We will then submit a claim to USPS, and only after they confirm will we send you a new item free of charge. Sometimes it can be a long process, but this is to protect ourselves from false claims and to protect you from losing your item without reimbursement or a replacement.
